Refund Policy

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of our Refund Policy on products or services purchases on which you may make on our website (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of our Refund Policy carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1 Here are our Standard Terms for products and services eligible for a refund:

1.1 You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for annual products. 

1.2 You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for monthly products.

1.3 After 30 days, you may request an in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan. Unused time will be prorated based on the date of purchase.

1.4 In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same product.

1.5 A product must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.

1.6 All refund requests must include the reason you are asking for a refund and whether you want an In-store Credit.

1.7 In the event your purchased product includes a free domain name, if you cancel the purchased product, the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount.

2 Domain Name Refunds

2.1 Domain registrations and/or renewals are non-refundable by LLC in whole or in part.

2.2 Once a Domain has been registered by the applicable registry, LLC is unable to refund any refund in respect of that Domain. This is due to the bespoke nature of Domains and the Client accepts this to be a fair apportionment of risk LLC’s inability to claim a refund from the relevant registry.

2.3 Any refund on a Domain prior to registration with the relevant registry is entirely LLC’s discretion.

2.4 The Client accepts LLC is unable to verify or check for errors in Domain registration requests. Accordingly, the Client is solely responsible for ensuring that a Domain has the correct or intended spelling.

2.5 As set out in the General Terms and Conditions and above, Domain registrations are a bespoke purchase to the Client’s specification and accordingly the Client, when a consumer, waives any right to a cooling off period that may be applicable. If the Client as a consumer is not willing to waive such right then the Client must LLC aware of the same LLC will be unable to register a Domain until after the applicable cooling off period has expired.
